Founded in May 2003, Hangzhou Anlite Building Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) specializes in supplying high-end FRP daylighting panels to customers from all over the world through its advanced FRP panel automatic continuous production line from Britain

 

   This modular flexible production line introduced from Britain is 72 meters long, 6 meters high and 2.5 meters wide, with a maximum production capacity up to 6,000 m/d. Combining a great variety of compound functions such as adhering films, coating gel coat, glass fiber mat and reinforcing ribs and removing air bubbles, the FRP assembly line production equipment represents the most advanced process, the most complete functions and models and the highest automation in China. Its products include various panels with 0.8 to 2.5 millimeter thickness, 300 to 1,250 millimeter developed width and unlimited length, covering more than one hundred panel types available in China’s current light steel market.

 

　　

   Integrating design, production, sale and service, the Company can independently design and manufacture products to meet customers’ requirements, by right of its advanced manufacturing process and film covering technique. Its products are widely used in large-sized public facilities of various steel structures such as plant buildings, stadiums, storehouses and supermarkets. With the ever-increasing market demands, the Company’s annual production capacity grows to over 2 million meters.　

 

   After launching into market, the Company’s products have been highly recognized and praised by customers for their high quality and low price. The Company's sales network covers the whole of China, including more than 20 provinces, cities and municipalities.

At the same time, its products passed the tests carried out by Shanghai FRP/Composites Industrial Test Center, National Chemical Building Material Supervision & Inspection Center and National Fire Fighting Equipment Supervision &Inspection Center.    The Company's products fall into five categories: general type, economic type, heat insulation type, fire-retarding type and weather-proof type. It also provides Ten Year Quality Assurance Certificate, Fifteen Year Quality Assurance Certificate and Twenty Year Quality Assurance Certificate for customers for different product types. 　

 

　

   In March 2006, the Company’s new plant buildings and equipment, costing 8 million Yuan, were put into use. This further strengthened its production power.    Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP), serving as a substitute for the daylighting panel, consists of high-performance film, high-quality polyester and reinforcing glass fibers. The Company has introduced an advanced FRP panel automatic continuous production line from Britain, high-quality raw materials from well-known manufacturers at home and abroad, Dupont 301 AND Ganware-PT055 thin films. In addition, it adopts an edge water-free and dustless cutting technique for edge cutting.
